And what do YOU do for money? A Live Interactive Experiment

And what do YOU do for money?

Sascha Behnk / Per Schmid / Alexander F. Wagner

The way we make economic decisions can be baffling at times. In the search for answers, behavioral economists seek to gain deeper insight into our decision-making processes through laboratory and field tests. The overarching aim is to expose the psychological mechanisms that drive us when it comes to money matters. The live experiment And What Do YOU Do for Money? gives visitors the opportunity to take active part in this research project and to discover how they deal with differing values and the resulting conflicts. The findings from this project, which is organized by Sascha Behnk, Per Schmid, and Alexander F. Wagner from the University of Zurich’s Department of Banking and Finance, will be presented in the final week of the exhibition. Research sponsored by the Swiss Finance Institute.
